Privacy notice

Information used to provide your account

Google sign-in supplies an account identifier and verified email address. We use these to identify your account and connect it with your studio and, where applicable, your purchase. Sign-in requests the Google openid, email, and profile permissions. We store the account identifier and email needed for account access, together with session and sign-in security records.

We store uploaded product images and portraits, scripts and generation settings, job history, generated media, and technical records needed to process and deliver jobs. Your subscription records include Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and billing-period information. Card entry is handled by Stripe; Offer Mason does not receive your full card number through its checkout integration.

How information is used and shared

We use information to authenticate access, associate payments with the correct account, create and deliver videos, calculate allowances, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and respond to account or billing requests. Hosting and service providers process information needed for those functions.

• Google handles sign-in.
• Stripe processes card subscriptions and hosts billing management.
• ElevenLabs receives script text and voice settings to synthesize narration.
• Hedra receives the selected presenter image, generated audio, and generation instructions to produce talking-presenter video.
• AWeber processes information submitted through the optional email opt-in form.

Generated media and service records are stored by Offer Mason to support your studio and delivery. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their retention and processing practices are governed by their applicable terms and privacy notices; this notice does not promise a particular provider storage location or training exclusion. Do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal data in an image, URL, or script.

Cookies, local storage, and traffic measurement

Account and checkout cookies support sign-in, browser verification, and linking a completed checkout. Session and checkout-browser cookies can last up to 30 days; temporary sign-in cookies last about 10 minutes and payment-claim cookies up to one day. Logging out clears the account session cookie.

Our landing and opt-in pages use LaunchDock to measure visits and attribute form submissions and verified paid purchases to campaigns. Campaign and rotator identifiers and conversion-deduplication records can be stored in browser local storage. A campaign cookie lasts up to 30 days; local-storage records remain until cleared by the browser or user. Verified sale events include the paid amount. Requests to external measurement services also expose ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details.

The main page uses IsYourTrafficReal for traffic measurement. The opt-in page loads an AWeber form. These services can receive information when their scripts load, even if you do not purchase. Their own notices describe their processing. You can clear cookies and local storage or use browser controls to restrict them; restricting essential storage may interrupt sign-in or checkout. This notice is not a claim that the site currently offers a consent-preference panel.

Email choices

Submitting the opt-in form requests the emails described on that form. Marketing subscriptions are separate from Google sign-in and paid membership. Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email to stop that subscription. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a paid plan.

Retention and your requests

Account, job, upload, and media records support continuing access and delivery. We do not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Some records may need to remain for payment reconciliation, disputes, security, legal obligations, or backups after a deletion request. Provider-held copies follow the relevant provider's processes.

Contact support@fivetoclose.cloud to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. Include the account email and describe your request; do not send passwords or complete card details. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location. This notice does not restrict rights available under applicable law.

Security, age, and changes

Offer Mason uses account access controls and processes requests through its service infrastructure, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for adults; do not create an account or upload a child's likeness. We may update this notice as the service changes and will identify the revised date here.
