Your account and the service

You must be an adult able to enter into an agreement and authorized to act for any business whose materials you submit. Keep your Google account secure and use your own account for studio access. Do not share access to evade limits or attempt to access another customer's files, payments, or jobs.

Offer Mason creates short 9:16 AI-presenter videos from supported inputs. Available features, durations, generation capacity, and plan allowances are those displayed by the service. A product link is an optional input where supported; importing a page does not guarantee accurate details or give you rights to the page's material. Review imported information before using it.

Your materials and permission to process them

You retain whatever rights you already hold in your uploads and scripts. You give Offer Mason permission to store, process, transmit to its service providers, and combine those materials as needed to fulfill your requests, deliver results, maintain your account, and investigate service issues. This permission does not transfer ownership of your underlying materials to Offer Mason.

You must have all necessary rights and permissions for images, product designs, logos, scripts, likenesses, and other submitted material. Obtain appropriate consent before using a real adult's likeness. Do not upload a child's likeness, impersonate someone, present a fictional speaker as a real customer, or create deceptive endorsements, fabricated reviews, illegal content, harassment, or nonconsensual intimate imagery. Do not remove disclosures to mislead viewers.

Generated output and editorial responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing output before downloading it for use, publishing, or advertising. Check the words, factual claims, pronunciation, face, voice, lip synchronization, product details, and disclosures. Output can contain errors and may resemble other generated material. We do not promise that output is unique, copyrightable, free of third-party rights, or accepted by an advertising or social platform. Your use remains subject to applicable rights and platform rules.

Free clip and paid subscriptions

The free offer is one successful seven-second clip per eligible account, subject to available capacity and misuse controls. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free generation is prohibited. A free clip does not by itself enroll you in a paid subscription.

Paid Standard and Pro plans are recurring card subscriptions processed by Stripe. Before confirming a purchase, review the price, currency, billing interval, included allowance, maximum clip length, and any applicable taxes shown on the plan and checkout screens. No plan is unlimited. Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed for a full year upfront; their video allowance replenishes each month on the subscription anniversary, adjusted for shorter months. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over, including on annual plans. Self-service plan and billing-interval switching is not currently offered. Access depends on verified payment and subscription state; an unsuccessful or reversed payment may interrupt access.

Launch promotion

When displayed as active, OMLAUNCH offers 30% off monthly billing or 50% off annual billing for your original eligible subscription. The discounts are alternatives and do not stack. Annual billing charges the displayed full-year total upfront; allowances still renew monthly. The offer ends September 22, 2026 at midnight Central (September 22 at 05:00 UTC); September 21 is the last full eligible day. The exact deadline appears beside the purchase button. Google sign-in is required to check eligibility. The applicable discount continues on each monthly or annual renewal of that same uninterrupted subscription. Once it ends, a new subscription is charged at regular pricing; the launch offer cannot be reclaimed. Canceling a scheduled cancellation before the same subscription ends does not create a new subscription.

The launch code is limited to the eligible Offer Mason plans, cannot be combined with other codes, and is unavailable outside its displayed window. No automatic change to a higher price is made to an already discounted checkout because it passes the deadline; an unpaid checkout may instead expire.

Cancellation and refund requests

Use Manage membership in your studio to open Stripe's billing portal and review the cancellation options and effective date shown there. Complete the cancellation and retain its confirmation. If the portal is unavailable or you need assistance, contact support@fivetoclose.cloud with your account email and purchase reference. Deleting local files, logging out, or unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel billing.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the effective date confirmed in the billing portal. It does not itself request or guarantee a refund of an earlier payment. For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or delivery problem, send a refund request to support@fivetoclose.cloud, identifying the charge and explaining the issue. Requests are assessed against the payment and delivery records and applicable law. No fixed refund window or unconditional refund guarantee is offered in these terms. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Generation failures and service limits

A job reserves video allowance while it is pending. Confirmed failed jobs release that video allowance; a submission with an uncertain provider status may require reconciliation before a replacement can run. Generation attempts and provider spending also have separate protective limits, so restored video allowance does not guarantee an immediate retry. Capacity limits, provider interruptions, or account verification can delay or prevent generation.

Do not automate abusive submissions, bypass limits, interfere with the service, or submit malicious files or links. We may restrict access or pause work to investigate misuse, payment problems, security concerns, or service failures. Contact the legal-page support address if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Limits, changes, and contact

The service does not guarantee continuous availability, a particular creative result, sales, reach, revenue, or monetization. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional implied guarantees. Nothing here excludes a right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

An optional guide is separate from the complete video subscription and is not required to use it. Its purchase terms, if offered, appear with that offer. We may update these terms, with the updated date shown here; a changed page does not retroactively remove mandatory rights attached to an earlier purchase.
